Traveling, people, food and foreign cultures has always been a big part in Renato’s life. The culinary study and leading positions in the Hospitality business in native Switzerland and later 
Norway, USA, Thailand, Myanmar and Morocco have brought him finally back again to South East Asia in 2001. 
As a former Executive Chef and Executive Assistant Manager for Amanresorts, Renato has over 15 years’ experience in the culinary business. Since 2002 he is the Managing Director of Quarto 
Products Singapore and has built up an extensive knowledge of the Food and Wine distribution in South Asia
Living now in Myanmar, Renato initiated the start-up of a company producing top quality meat products for the Myanmar market. He is now a Director of Prime Cut Co Ltd and in charge of the product development. Today Renato is as well partner of a Mediterranean Restaurant in Yangon and in charge of the Wine selection and wine sales activities for Wine Link Merchants Group Distribution in

Singaporean born, Norman Chen began his first 10 years of his career in the Hyatt Hotel Singapore, Chase Manhattan Bank, and SUTL company based in Myanmar. He managed the retail outlets (Duty Free & Supermarket) and wholesale / hospitality supply business for several years. Norman founded a food & wine supply company in 1997 which would become a year later Quarto Products Co, Ltd in Yangon. Norman is also in charge of the financial and operational activities of Quarto Products Pte Ltd, which is directly and indirectly represented in Singapore, China, Cambodia and Myanmar.  Under his responsibilities are several joint venture businesses including the latest Wine Link Restaurant and Bar, ANLS Logistic and Warehousing, Prime Cut Sausages and Meats, Box@Kabaaye Serviced Apartments and finally his MIND YOUR BUSINESS Coaching platform on
